Current Obsession: Miss Dahl's Voluptuous Delights.

I love a bit of cooking. For my birthday I was presented with possibly the best cookbook ever

www.amazon.com

We are swimming in cookbooks in our household. Each categorized according to which country they were purchased in. From American Icon, Martha Stewart to New Zealand Cookery Queen, Jo Segar - we got it all. We try to be adventurous, we really do but when you live in a house full of men who adore a simple slab of meat, it's hard to venture into the unknown. My new cooking bible however, will teach us different.

Cinnamon Roast Peaches With Vanilla Yoghurt
Warm Winter Vegetable Salad

Not only is Miss Dahl a stunning human-being, her compilation of recipes seems beyond scrumptious! Now, I have not actually attempted anything yet but I can tell you that the baked apple (watch out dearest father!) is right up there on the list of must haves. The book is organized per season, filled with delicious fish recipes, soups, salads and more! It really is worth the investment if you love a bit of wholesome cooking. You really can't go wrong with this one!

I will make sure to keep you posted on how my 'voluptuous delights' turn out!
